When will I receive my order?

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on your shipping location and method of shipment. For consumer orders from drip-umbrellas.myshopify.com, please note that orders containing multiple items may arrive in more than one shipment.

If I received a Drip Umbrella product as a gift, can I return or exchange it?

Yes, you can exchange or return products you purchased or products you have received as a gift subject to our exchange and return policies. Read about our Refunds & Return Policy.

What happens if my umbrella breaks?

Is it too late to cancel or change my order?

Please check your order carefully and thoroughly before submitting. Orders are processed for shipment immediately upon receipt. We are not able to change or cancel your order once you submit it on our website.

Can I ship my order to International destinations?

We currently only ship within Canada and are not able to ship orders to International destinations.
